The head of Mordovia said that at the moment the issue of maintaining the international status of the terminal after the Championship is being decided. In his opinion, Turkey and Egypt will be the most demanded destinations.
"We received a lot of support from the federal authorities and from the President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin personally," mentioned the Head of Mordovia. In his opinion, the holding of the Championship will give a tremendous impetus to the development of tourism. Townspeople and guests of Saransk will be able to take advantage of the improved and modernized infrastructure of the housing and communal services. Thanks to the championship, new roads, junctions, detours have appeared in Saransk and now all Saransk microdistricts are connected by a single transport system. All this will become the heritage of the Championship and will serve for many more years.
